I have several clients with employees who's gross pay changes weekly and are also not on a fixed hourly rate, but when they onboard a new hire the system forces them to enter either an hourly rate or a weekly gross amount (won't let you put in $0). This causes us to have to remove the pay info brought into our payroll system every time a new hire is added. This feels like a waste of time and I feel that simply changing the system to allow users to input $0 for the weekly salary should be an easy fix.
