Before the auto finalize feature was rolled out our clients used to have the ability to finalize a pay period the day in ended or even a day before. I have come to learn that is not the case anymore which has caused some confusion with some clients because the current pay period is still showing up as an option to finalize on the last day, even though they cannot actually finalize yet. Please either allow them to finalize it a bit early or have the pay period not show up there until the pay period is over.
