There needs to be an option for a new hire to request a paycard during onboarding.
If a client mandates full DD/paperless payroll but the employee doesn't have a bank account, they need to be able to sign up for or at least indicate on that same screen that they want/need a paycard. Currently new hires are forced to either select paper check or input DD info.
