Include an "Add New Employees" access option for Roles in Time Simplicity

If a user manually adds an employee to Time Simplicity, it breaks the integration between TWP and TS for that employee record.  The only fix at this point is to change the EE Code in TWP, allow the system integration to import the EE record from TWP, and the deactivate the original in TS.  This work around can cause issue beyond TS and TWP, as the EE Code is something generated by our payroll system (and I assume most other payroll systems).  There can potentially be a situaiton where we cannot change the EE Code, which would then prevent TW/TS integration all together for an employee.

 

We train our clients not to add records into TS, but they tend to do so anyways, accidentally or otherwise.  Seeing as no user should ever make the entry in TS, we could resolve this issue permanently by removing the Add Employee option or by making it an optional feature controlled under System >> Roles
