TimeSimplicity & Other Product Ideas

When an employee is first set up, with the old employee app the system would force them to change their password.  With the new app, this function no longer exists.  For a company that has several hundred employees and constant employee turnover, having to create unique passwords is an issue.  Before they were able to create a generic password and the system would require them to change it.  Even though employee's can change their passwords when they log in, it's better if they are forced to do it when they first login.
