We've always struggled with explaining how to edit employee logins in TWP. You have to click on "edit", then "delete existing numbers," then "click to delete."
The "delete existing numbers" button is down by the password field instead of up by the login section...it's confusing.
It would be great if it could just be edited just like the other fields, rather than having to click three different buttons.
It's just hard to explain to clients, and not as user-friendly as it could be.
