Time Works Plus Employee Mobile App

When employees log in for the first time to the new app they receive an error. They can't log in. I sent in a support ticket and they advised that password change isn't available in the new app and they must log in via the webclock change their password. Then they can log in via the app. This is a problem b/c the employees only use the app. Please have the app updated to include password changes.

    Hi Amanda,

     

    Employees are able to go in and manually change their password through their profile. I created documentation for my clients and tell them to have employees do this FIRST thing. As far as I've seen the employees are able to use their temporary password to clock in (at least with TWP Employee).
