Password reset force on TimeWorks Employee Mobile App Merged

Our customers need the ability to force a password reset on the new (2018 released) TimeWorks Employee mobile app just like it forces resets on the legacy TimeWorks mobile app. This is a big deal for our customers because we have an API with SwipeClock where we create the username and "initial" password. We chose this business case because of the password reset feature on the legacy mobile app. We felt like that provided enough security since the employee was forced to change the password upon logging in for the first time. However, we can't move our customers over to the new mobile app because we don't have that feature that gives us confidence in the security. So this affects us as a company and all of our customers and employees.

    Yes, this is absolutely critical for us too.  It's nice to be able to have a "common" password assignment for the company upon employee profile setup via API but it's really only for onsite managers to be able to assist employees with original setup.  After initial login, the employee should be setting their own password. 

    There are many employees who ONLY clock-in and out through the new mobile app now, so requiring them to separately login to the portal through a browser seems unnecessary.
