The balance report employees can run in their self-service portal only goes back three months, when the New Request Time Off feature is enabled.
The original “Request Time Off” along with the “Accruals Report,” would allow you to look back further than three months, up to a 400 day date range.
It would be convenient for those using the New Request Time Off feature to have the ability to date the balance report in the same manner.

It makes no sense to limit the employee for the date range for their accruals report. Employees should be able to run this for at least the last 12 months.
