I have a client on a monthly pay frequency, who would like for their employees to be able to submit a time off request in the past through the employee portal. Currently this is not possible further than two weeks in the past, which is causing some confusion for them.
I have several clients with semi-monthly payroll periods. This is a common pay period for salaried employees. It seems the beginning date allowed for entering time-off requests should be the payroll period begin date, not an arbitrary 2 weeks in the past.
