Fix having a large company with many inactive employees that are rehired ending up with duplicate employee set ups because the system no longer alerts you when the social security number already exists.
This should be an option. It is extremely frustrating that there isn't an option to flag or have a button for a re-hire. process for a different work-flow. Duplicate employees result in quite a bit of additional work having to clean up the duplicate employee record as well as frustration for our clients.
