Now allow key fields to Duplicate - Social Security Number Merged

Currently I can add multiple employees with the same social security number within the same client.  Since this information is specific to one employee in the United States, it should be a Key field that cannot be duplicated within the same client.

    This really needs to be fixed.  Several of my clients now have duplicate employees.  In what world are SS#'s ever duplicated?
