Not allow duplicate on key fields within a client (SS#)
Currently I can add multiple employees with the same employee code and social security number within the same client. Since this information is specific to one employee, it should be a Key field that cannot be duplicated within the same client.
You state that this is already implemented but I disagree. I added myself to our demo account twice with the same SS#. This should NOT be allowed within the same client. SS#'s are specific to individuals and should not be duplicated in a single client.

Thanks for the feedback. You shouldn't be able to create employees with duplicate codes. If you have found a way to do this please contact support to correct this.
Also refer to ticket # 28702 where I requested a duplicate employee be deleted. - prompting this product idea.
