Employees are not able to log into ESS and fill out their time card once their Separation Date is reached. This really doesn't make sense as many EEs who honor punch (fill out their own timecard) do so on the last day of the pay period. EEs are able to Clock In / Out on their Separation Date so I do not see why they should not be able to fill out their own timecard as well. In the Employee Setup the Separation Date is defined as last day of employment so the day after the Separation Date should be when they are denied access to ESS.
