Occasionally employees will forget to clock out at the end of the day. When the Manager or Supervisor attempts to Edit an "OUT" time, it gives an error stating something to the like of, "Punches must be made within 11 hours of the initial IN punch". This error occurs even if they are trying to put in a <11 hr shift. The client has to delete the entire entry and make a new one.
This is frustrating and time consuming. It would be great to either a) have this fixed, or b) allow a "Force OUT" option where either a set amount of Hours or Time Of Day can be selected for when employees will automatically have an "OUT" added to the Time Card as well as an Alert added notifying the client of the forced out.
