Our SBO uses Evolution as our payroll provider and one of the greatest features is the Evolution Talk List which allows all of the Evolution resellers to field technical inquiries through each other, ask questions that may be deemed to basic for support or solicit other users for best practices, and otherwise allow for collaboration on items and issues relevant to the software.

If SwipeClock had one of these lists where resellers could interact with one another, I think it would be highly beneficial to have the opportunity to cultivate, maintain, and foster relationships that may begin at a Summit or other SwipeClock event, gives SwipeClock a better "ear to the ground" as far as what is going on in real time and what users are thinking about -- things that may not make their way to the idea portal or do so at a lag, and free up some of your Support resources in the meantime as users guide one another.
