I think an added confirmation of a sound emitting when successfully swiping in and out would be beneficial.
It makes the app more tactile, and reminiscent of a punch clock. Also, perhaps on the employee level, extra reminders if they need, like say a '5 o'clock whistle' reminder. All sounds recorded from the older time tracking methods of days prior. This way, it is more familiar, with extra new modern day features.
Also, if it is called SwipeClock, then why the mismatch in that you have to clock in/out on a mobile smart phone? I think it should be a swipe in/out left/in right/out with an analog sound emitting, and confirmation screen. This is what is implied with its name SwipeClock.
