We are entering hundreds of clients in SwipeClock and our clients usually are the name of a person (John Smith, Jane Doe), so the chance of us entering the same name (sometimes can be a duplicate and other times will be different) is high.
That said, if we can be prompted with info at the time of entry that a potential duplicate/match already exists, and if we want to proceed, that would save us and the SwipeClock Support team (from having to delete the duplicate entry) a great deal of time. We do not use the Client Wizard as that would take too long to set up clients, when we have hundreds of clients to enter.
We only learn that the client is a duplicate when we try to create the Supervisor logins and are prompted that the login we are creating already exists. We have been checking the Client List dashboard first prior to starting with the Client Cloning, however, with multiple team members setting up new accounts, it is hard to have all follow this process each time, as it also creates more work.
Thank you for considering the idea.
Julie
