Adding Documents to HUB, default Priority, Start Date, Read Receipt

When adding new client to HUB, you have to upload all existing HR documents per employee.  Having those 3 fields defaulted will help user key strokes and time when they are not entered and receive an error message.

To prevent no day one impact, perhaps add a client setting to allow default for these fields.
