HUB does a lot for on boarding but does not cover the nuances of some states so clients still have "manual" paperwork to fill out(really hurts HUB). It would be great if HUB supported fillable PDF's or had the ability for us to insert free form text boxes on a document. This would allow us to include documents such as the PA Local Residency Certification form as part of on boarding or a workflow.
