I suggest to allow administrator to have access to employees' paystubs from the Workforce HUB administrator account. The system Workforce HUB is designed as a HR tool to administrate the workplace. Part of the information that HR Department often use is the paystubs to complete Employment Verifications or other documents. Currently, the administrator does not have access to see paystubs on Workforce HUB.
