It has recently been brought to my attention that terminated EEs are able to clock in/out on both the TWM app and WebClock 3.0 (but not 2.0). All of our clients use an integrated payroll system and this requires them to term EEs in payroll and then go and remove their logins from SwipeClock as well. I do not see any advantage to giving terminated EEs access to clock in/out.
The option to submit time off requests should also be disabled when an employee is terminated.
This is a major concern for us as we do not want any employees who were terminated and may have malice towards the company clocking in and out and saying they weren't compensated for their time. I completely concur with Adam that there is no benefit to the client or terminated employee here.
