Currently, when the PrismHR integration runs and adds a separation date in SwipeClock under Employee Setup, it does NOT touch the WebClock or Mobile App fields. If the API could be modified to update any YES values under these 2 fields at the time a separation date is added, this would help the back-end team avoid extra time and effort to disable termed employees.
We were hoping since the PrismHR integration is pushing employee information to SwipeClock, it would also take the steps to inactivate profiles so employees cannot continue logging time using the system.
Please advise.
