For codes that have been disabled they will still show up on the scheduler, because there isn’t a scheduled box to uncheck like there is in the employee and workgroup records. Clients that do not want certain positions to be scheduled cannot remove them from the scheduler.
- Example Tennessee Oncology – times.cloudapp.net, company is TNONC. They are using department for positions, On the status dropdown box select ALL, open TRANSCRIPTION on page 2, it is disabled, go to scheduler, select the Murfreesboro location and scroll to the bottom and they still show.
