When a manager is scheduling employees, if they discover that an employee is not set up correctly they should be able to quickly edit the employee's workgroup or other scheduling codes without having to leave the scheduler view. This is especially helpful during initial implementations, but can also help with employee changes that may not have been made at the time the next schedule is being prepared.
