There currently is no way to report on which employees have made requests to drop/pick up shifts, and which employees actually were approved to take the shifts. The information is not listed in any coherent manner on the Schedule Audit Report using the Export Data function.
This present a major issue for our large clients using Time Simplicity. They have policies in place that qualify employee to pick up shifts based on their history (ie there is a priority order, depending on whether or not you have taken shifts previously). My client has no way to know which employees picked up shifts without tracking it via a separate, manual process. This also forces one person to be responsible for approving the requests, when in practice, any manager should be able to sign off on the schedule requests.
