Several clients have expressed concern over the net amount showing and prefer just the notification that your pay is available and employee must log in to see it.
Hey Michelle, thanks for clarifying. One more question. I'm guessing this is on the WorkforceHUB web app and HUB mobile app? Or is this alert still sent as a push notification on the TimeWorksPlus Employee Mobile app for employees who log in through there? I understand the issue though. Managers wouldn't want employees seeing other employees' pay. I'll look into this with one of the other PMs on our team, Paulo.
This comes in as a Push Alert to employee email addresses whether using the app or website. They don’t want the dollar amount shown. Maybe just to say “hey, your pay stub is now available to view” rather than “hey, your net pay of $1,000,000 is available to view” Though I would really like that message! Some people are using a shared computer and do not always remember to log out of their email so others are able to see this. I know…trust me…I get it but they don’t!
