We have had numerous requests from clients that they need a specific person within their organization to receive TOR email notifications but do not want that person set up with supervisor or client access. Currently there is no way of doing this. If there were a way to allow this it would also be beneficial to identify the employees in which that specific person is to receive email notifications from.

Hi Heather, as a work around to this in the past I have setup a user with supervisor access but not given them the password. I agree this would be helpful though!
