With the minimum radius, employees are still able to clock in down the road of geo-pinpoint. Managers may be able to notice which employees are clocked in because they are within 10-15 meters of the pinpoint.

You can currently sort the timecards on the current pay period, etc. by alphabetical, department, location, etc. Can you add a Sort by Custom where they can sort by some of the Home Fields?
