Similar to the Comments prompt that displays when an employee makes a Drop Request, the system could display a Comments window when they enter a Pick Up Request. These Comments would feed to the Schedule Request screen for review by the approver.
This feature would be beneficial for companies that need to have proper coverage of shifts, even if an employee can only take a portion of the shift. Allowing the employees to add comments regarding their request puts an approver in a more informed position.
