Currently the available TWP Mobile app as a manager approving a time off request is problematic as the manager would need to get out of the pending approval area then go to approved time off look through the dates to find the date(s) of the pending request to see if someone took off before being able to then go back to pending to either approve or reject the request.
The process should be more in line with how the pending time off requests work on the site where there is a caution sign on the pending request signifying there may be a conflict with another employee that took time off also during that period. It should also work in that it clearly states in the pending request who that conflicting employee as and their requested day(s) that are in conflicting.
