Time Off Calendar respects Black Out days / holidays

I want to add Black Out day or Holiday to the TOR calendar so that employees would not be able to request time off on those days.

Adding a simple check box that tells the system to prevent time off requests for company holidays would be a big improvement.

Also have a client looking for this functionality. This is big for lots of industries. Must give 3 day notice; can't request certain days or months of the year. (think retail around Holiday season)
