The mobile app opens and then automatically shuts down or opens & allows the Employee to clock in or out and it doesn’t show on the timecard. Could it be that they do not have a strong cell phone tower to collect the data based on their location? Can you add a feature where the app will store the punch data on the device until it detects a strong enough signal to try pushing it to SwipeClock.
