We have clients that high turnover and it is not unusual for them to hire back old employees. Versus entering the employee into the clock more than once which can create issues I have been reccomending they remove the seperation date and use the intial set up. It would be nice once they remove the seperation date they there still be some sort of history of that date. Maybe there could be a possibility for several seperation dates to be entered? Currently, they are using the Optons field to note that the employe is a re-hire. Thank you.
