Simplify Time Off Visibility Calendars for Employees

Currently, the "Time Off Calendar" in the employee portal has an option that allows you to view the Time Off Requests for other employees within the same department. However, we have some clients that would like to have all employees see Time Off Requests for all other employees, regardless of departments.


I've found a way around this where you turn on "Department 1" in the additional fields, but the default "Department" field is the only one that triggers the Time Off Calendar sharing. So we have to move everyone's real department to "Department 1" and update the default "Department" with a matching character(s) so that all employees could view the Time Off Requests for other employees.


I feel like either allowing any matching "Department" field to share a Time Off Request calendar or expanding the selection criteria for the "Time Off Visibility Options" would be super helpful.
