the way it is presently the EE cannot delete or submit an edit for further approval to a supervisor after leave is approved by the supervisor. My clients hate this because the Manager has to delete the requested change. Would it not make sense to have a RE submit for revised approval feature so the manager just has approve it rather than get involved in editing?

Employees can now withdraw a request approved by a manager. This was released in Q1 of 2018 as part of the new time off module and is also part of WorkforceHUB & also part of the new employee portal and mobile apps. Thanks for your feedback!

Thanks for your feedback! We will be releasing a redesign of time off requests that includes the ability to withdraw an approved requested. Edit is part of a future improvement.
