TimeWorks Plus, FMLA reporting feature
Because FMLA reporting is difficult and time consuming with no easy way to accomplish the task, It would be great if we had a system that can make that task easy. and would be a GREAT selling point.
The reporting would need to have the ability to report on the number of days a person DIDN'T work. When a person starts FMLA leave, the company has a certain numbers of days to send letters, and perform certain tasks, a notification system for all FMLA time off would be very valuable to companies. This could be an additional revenue stream for both the Reseller and Swipeclock, Swipeclock could add this to the bundled" features.
There would be more research needed to fully understand the needs for this report, but this would be the basic idea. "
