Include an "Effective Date" for each field to greatly improve the import utility. The information in the "Employee Data" section is all date based. Most often, changes to this data is date sensitive, such as pay increases. One example: Annual increases could be entered through the bulk import rather than entering the changes one at a time with the new rate and effective date of the increase.
