Disable time-off requests from employees who are not actively accruing.
If an employee is not accruing or assigned to an accrual plan, they should not have access to request time off. Same if they do not have any available balance.

Our client's would like the ability to select which employee/employee groups should request time-off. They also want to minimize the amount of days/ hours they can request off.
