If employees need to set their mobile carrier to fully receive features of the product, like text notifications, they should be able to access/set their mobile carrier from the mobile app. In the instance of this idea, not all employees have desktop access available to them to set this field.
Specification of carrier is no longer required.
We are aware of this issue, but the plan is to remove the need for anyone to specify the carrier (e.g. detect carrier based off of the mobile #'s themselves)
