Add an option to turn off the ability to approve timecards if punches are missing. Perhaps a notification stating that it cannot be approved until missing punches are added.

It would be helpful to be able to pull a report with emergency contacts of all employees. They input this while onboarding so if we could access the data easily that would be helpful.
