This could be an addition to the Employee Bulletin feature but something that can be setup to be more permanent. An option for clients to activate that will send an auto reminder to all staff to approve their timecard at the end of each pay period.

It would be great if pay/punch categories were shown in the dropdown in alphabetical order and not in the order the category names are added.

I would like to have a sort option on the pay category screen so I may choose to be in alpha order, order of importance, or simply to match the same order within our payroll software.
