Need a better way for clients to add already approved vacation to the schedule when first starting to use WFH Plus or Adv.

When clients first sign up for and start using WFH, they need to transfer the already approved PTO/Vacation from their former system to WFH. It can be time consuming to have the employees re-request PTO/Vacation in WFH for their already approved requests.

Can something be created and added to the system that will allow the client to add already approved requests to WFH without the need for employees to re-request?
