Allow Workforce HUB Admins to inactive ee in HUB to flow to ACS automatically to inactive/termed employees

I would like to see the electronic signature that is available in the New Hire Onboarding process also be available in the HUB Workflows. This way employees do not have to print, sign and reupload documents that need to be signed.
