It would be very helpful to have an emailed alert sent to the payroll processing company when the time has been approved and the period closed. We continually review the "Finalized prior period" column but an email would save a great deal of time.

Currently, emails only go to the first Department Manager alphabetically in HUB. I would like to suggest emails go to ALL managers listed for that department.
