I have a client that has 7.5 hour days, instead of 8 hours. When employees log in to their portals to submit time off requests, the hours default to 8 hours. Due to their 7.5 hour day, they would like to have this default to 7.5 hours instead. They would also like to have the time show in 30 minute (.5) increments as well.
I believe having the ability to change the default hours, as well as the increments, would be very helpful for clients who operate on a different hours-per-day basis than the typical 8 hours.
