I believe it would also be beneficial to add the Cancelled/Withdrawn Requests to the Time Off Request page for both Supervisors and Client Level access users
Right now if an employee rescinds a previously approved TOR the supervisor and client are not notified and are confused when the employee shows up for work because now that they've withdrawn their request, they feel they are no longer off. In the meantime, concessions have been made and other schedules have been altered to accommodate what was their anticipated absence. An approvals process should be implemented on the supervisor/client's end to accept the withdrawal or deny it if the request to withdraw the TOR is too close to what's slated to be the beginning of said TOR.
