It would be awesome if, when time off is approved in the system, it automatically updated the employee and/or supervisors Google/Outlook calendar with the approved time off. We have many clients who maintain this data in a separate process. It would be great if the system integrated in a fashion that removed this redundent step. I would love to see similar integration with scheduling and calendars.
