When the WebClock is turned off for a site a message will display on the Dashboard of the new Employee Portal, "we're sorry your company cannot use the webclock". Feedback from clients is that they do not want this message to appear at all. On behalf of our clients we propose that no message appear in this area. If this isn't possible, for fear of too much white space on the Dashboard, then the message should be changed to something like, "WebClock not available".
