Currently when clock prompts are setup for employees to view, the prompts are seen by all employees. Many times, in reality, the prompts only apply to a specific group of employees. We propose criteria be added on the clock prompt setup to specify which employees can view the prompt. Furthermore, it would be beneficial to be able to create a single prompt assignment and prompt list then identify a group of employees that can view certain prompts within the list.
This would be beneficial for larger organizations that can have hundreds or more of items within the list.
Additionally, this is a feature that other timekeeping companies offer.
